ποΈ Orders & Payment
- All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
- We accept Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, Apple Pay, credit/debit cards, and PayPal.
- Orders are processed once payment is received in full.
- Once an order is placed, we may not be able to cancel or change it β but feel free to reach out quickly, and weβll do our best.
π Shipping
- Most orders ship within 3β5 business days. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and location but average 3-5 business days
- Please double-check your shipping address β we canβt guarantee reshipping if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or holidays.
π Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns or issue refunds only if a product arrives damaged or unusable.
- Minor variations like frosting or small cosmetic imperfections are normal in handmade candles.
- If thereβs a problem, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos: purrscent@gmail.com.
- You may return containers and vessels to us for store credit. We love to recycle and reuse any glass vessels for candles. Credit value will be determined by and is subject to the owners discretion based on condition, size, and usability.
π―οΈ Candle Tin Designs
We canβt guarantee specific candle tin print designs, as they rotate based on inventory, and are poured into a randomly selected decorative tin.
If you have a preferred style, please leave a note at checkout β weβll try to accommodate, but we canβt promise exact matches.
π₯ Candle Use & Safety
- Burn within sight, keep away from pets, kids, and flammable materials.
- Trim the wick to ΒΌ inch before lighting. Donβt burn longer than 4 hours at a time.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- To prevent scorching of surfaces from the heat of burning the candle in a metal tin, such as wood, granite, porcelain, or a sealed surface, make sure to use a coaster or thermal resistant layer. Check out our cork coasters if you feel you are in need of one. Message or include in the order notes which coaster you would like to receive a free coaster with your first order, or for orders over $25.
